Functions

applycal_to_orig_MSes([selfcal_library, ...])	Apply self-calibration solutions derived from auto_selfcal back to the original, unaveraged, MSes.
auto_selfcal([vislist, spectral_average, ...])	Main function to run the self-calibration pipeline.
regenerate_weblog()	Regenerate the weblog from the selfcal_library and selfcal_plan files.
split_calibrated_final([vislist, overwrite])	Takes an input list of MS files and splits out the data into a collection of datasets that are in the format expected by the auto_selfcal function.
uvcontsub_orig_MSes([selfcal_library, ...])	Do continuum subtraction of the original MS files.
